Balsamic vinegar sauce

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Cider vinegar |
| 1 | Onion -- thinly sliced | |
| 3 | tablespoons | Rosemary -- fresh |
| 1 | tablespoon | Italian parsley -- chopped |
| Juice of 1/2 lemon | ||
| ½ | cup | Olive oil |
| ⅔ | cup | Balsamic vinegar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Red peppercorns |
Directions
Cook onion in cider vinegar until soft. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
