Balsamic vinegar sauce

¼cupCider vinegar
1Onion -- thinly sliced
3tablespoonsRosemary -- fresh
1tablespoonItalian parsley -- chopped
Juice of 1/2 lemon
½cupOlive oil
cupBalsamic vinegar
1tablespoonRed peppercorns

Directions

Cook onion in cider vinegar until soft. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
