Vinegar (sour) sauce

¼ | cup | White Vinegar |
¼ | cup | Fresh Lime Juice |
1 | tablespoon | Minced Garlic |
1 | tablespoon | Fresh Chile Peppers (Your Choice), minced |
¼ | cup | Fresh Cilantro Or Oregano, roughly chopped |
Salt, to taste | ||
Cracked Black Pepper, to taste |
Directions
Mix all ingredients well in small bowl; cover and refrigerate until time to use.
Makes about ¾ cup.
