Vinegar (sour) sauce

¼cupWhite Vinegar
¼cupFresh Lime Juice
1tablespoonMinced Garlic
1tablespoonFresh Chile Peppers (Your Choice), minced
¼cupFresh Cilantro Or Oregano, roughly chopped
Salt, to taste
Cracked Black Pepper, to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients well in small bowl; cover and refrigerate until time to use.

Makes about ¾ cup.
