Vinegar (sour) sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup White Vinegar
¼ cup Fresh Lime Juice
1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 tablespoon Fresh Chile Peppers (Your Choice), minced
¼ cup Fresh Cilantro Or Oregano, roughly chopped
Salt, to taste
Cracked Black Pepper, to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients well in small bowl; cover and refrigerate until time to use.

Makes about ¾ cup.
