|1½ pounds||Ground veal; (see Note)|
|1 pack||Frozen creamed spinach; thawed (9 ounces)|
|2 \N||Eggs; beaten|
|1 cup||Dry bread crumbs|
|½ teaspoon||Garlic powder|
|½ teaspoon||Black pepper|
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well. Form into a loaf on a large rimmed baking sheet.
Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and no pink remains.
NOTE: You can substitute ground beef, pork, or lamb for the veal, but veal makes it seem fancy.
