3ouncesSpinach; coarsely chopped
3ouncesArtichoke hearts, marinated; chopped into bite-size pieces
3ouncesCelery; chopped into bite- size pieces
3ouncesBrown rice; cooked

Directions

Combine flour with onion, thyme, oregano, salt, soy sauce, and oil.

Mix well. Saute flour mixture with vegetables and sunflower oil in skillet or wok. Add rice and saute for 7 minutes.
