⅓ | teaspoon | Oregano |

2 | tablespoons | Sunflower oil |
3 | ounces | Spinach; coarsely chopped |
3 | ounces | Artichoke hearts, marinated; chopped into bite-size pieces |
3 | ounces | Celery; chopped into bite- size pieces |
3 | ounces | Brown rice; cooked |
Directions
Combine flour with onion, thyme, oregano, salt, soy sauce, and oil.
Mix well. Saute flour mixture with vegetables and sunflower oil in skillet or wok. Add rice and saute for 7 minutes.
