Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 Chicken breasts; cooked
2 packs Chopped spinach; thawed and drained (up to 3)
2 cans Cream of mushroom soup
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Curry powder
Bread crumbs
Butter or margarine
cup Shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese

Directions

BLEND

Line pan with spinach, arrange chicken, spread blend on top and sprinkle with bread crumbs and pats of butter or margarine. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese or Swiss. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
