Veal scaloppini

| ¼ | cup | Olive oil |
| ½ | medium | Onion thinly sliced |
| 1 | can | 16oz tomatoes, cut up |
| 1 | can | 3oz 2/3 cup sliced mushrooms undrained |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sniped parsley |
| 1 | tablespoon | Capers, drained |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Garlic salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Dried oregano, crushed |
| Hot buttered noodles | ||
Directions
Combine flour, salt, pepper, coat veal lightly with flour mixture. In a medium skillet brown meat slowly. Remove meat from skillet add onion to skillet ; cook until tender but not brown. Add cooked meat, tomatoes, mushrooms w/ liquid parsley, capers, garlic salt, oregano. Cover and simmer for 20-25min or until veal is tender stirring occasionally. Arrange veal on hot buttered noodles. Top with sauce.
