Vanilla frozen yogurt

Ingredients

2 cups Yogurt cheese
¾ cup Sugar
cup Skim milk
¼ cup Heavy cream
½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 Vanilla bean

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt cheese, sugar, milk, cream and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined. Split the vanilla bean in half lengthwise, and scrape the seeds into the bowl, stir to combine.

Transfer the mixture to an ice cream machine and freeze according to manufacturers directions.

Per serving: 167 calories, 29g carb., 7g protein, 13mg chol., 3g/15% fat.
