Frozen fruit yogurt

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups (2 pints) washed, halved strawberries, sliced bananas or peeled peaches or nectarines
1 quart Unflavored yogurt
1 tablespoon Vanilla
1½ cup Sugar
¼ teaspoon Salt

Puree fruit in blender until smooth (makes 3 cups puree). Combine sugar, vanilla and salt in large bowl. Stir in pureed fruit. Pour into 1 gallon freezer. Cover. Freeze with ice-salt mixture in proportions recommended for freezer. When yogurt is frozen, pour off brine. Remove cover and scrape frozen yogurt from dasher.
