Two nana zucchini

| Zucchini -- thinly sliced | ||
| Oil | ||
| Red Wine Vinegar | ||
| Mint Leaves | ||
| Garlic Cloves -- finely | ||
| Minced | ||
Directions
1. Fry slices, single layer at a time, until lightly browned. Remove slices as cooked, draining slightly, to a serving dish.
2. As each batch is cooked, sprinkle with salt, pepper, minced garlic, mint, and a splash of red wine vinegar. Serve warm, room temp, or cold with crackers. Delicious!
