Turkey and green bean parmesan

Ingredients

| 2 | packs | Frozen French-style green beans | 
| 3 | tablespoons | Butter | 
| 3 | tablespoons | Flour | 
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt | 
| Fresh black pepper | ||
| Fresh ground black pepper | ||
| ½ | teaspoon | Prepared mustard | 
| 1½ | cup | Milk | 
| ⅓ | cup | Mayonnaise | 
| 1 | Lemon; juice of | |
| 1 | Lemon peel; grated | |
| 2 | cups | Cooked turkey; cubed | 
| ½ | cup | Parmesan cheese | 
Directions
Cook beans according to package directions, drain. Melt butter & flour & blend in salt, pepper & mustard. Add milk & cook until smooth & thick. 
Remove from heat. Fold in mayonnaise, lemon peel & juice. Stir in turkey. 
Spread beans on bottom of shallow baking dish. Pour in turkey mixture. Top with cheese. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350. Serves 6.
