| 2 | pounds | Turkey;boned breast | 
| ½ | cup | Bread Crumbs | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt | 
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |

| ½ | cup | Parmesan Cheese | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Oregano | 
| ½ | cup | Olive Oil | 
| 3 | tablespoons | Margarine | 
| Lemon Juice; | ||
Directions
Pound turkey till thin. Pat dry and cut into 2' by 4' pieces. 
Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, spices and salt. Set aside. 
Beat eggs in a shallow dish. Dip turkey into egg, then into the crumb mixture, coating both sides. 
Heat oil and margarine in skillet. Saute turkey until brown - about 1 - 2 minutes each side. Remove to a warm platter. 
Sprinkle with lemon juice before serving.
