|1 pack||(10 oz) frozen cut broccoli|
|12 ounces||Sliced cooked turkey breast|
|1 can||(10 1/2 oz) chicken gravy|
|¼ cup||Chopped onion|
|¼ cup||Chopped celery|
|1 tablespoon||Butter or margerine|
|1 cup||Herb-seasoned croutons|
Cook broccoli until just tender. Drain and set aside. In casserole dish, arrange turkey slices at bottom of dish. Place broccoli over turkey.
Reserve ¼ cup of gravy. Pour remaining gravy over turkey broccoli mixture. In a small skillet, cook onion and celery in butter till tender.
Stir in croutons and reserved ¼ cup gravy. Spoon crouton mixture over casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes, or till heated through.
