Tuna pasta with a lemon dressing

| ½ | pack | Fresh green tagliatelle |
| ½ | Lemon; juice of | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped parsley |
| 1 | tablespoon | Snipped chives |
| 2 | ounces | Butter |
| ½ | Onion; finely chopped | |
| 1 | can | Tuna |
| Salt and pepper | ||
| 3 | Cloves garlic; crushed | |
| 1 | small | Pot single cream |
Directions
Place the pasta in a pan of boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes.
When cooked, put in a colander and run cold water over it.
Melt the butter in a pan and add the onion, garlic, chives and parsley.
Stir for about 3 minutes, then add the pasta, lemon, tuna, salt and pepper and cream.
Stir until heated right through and serve.
