1cupAssorted vegetables; Thinly Shredded (carrots, celery, Zucchini, green onions, Spinch, and/or sweet red Peppers)
1largeFlour torilla;
2tablespoonsReduced-cal ranch dressing;
1ounceSwiss cheese;
1ounceTurkey; sliced;

Directions

Layer vegetables on tortilla. Sprinkle dressing over vegetables. Add Swiss cheese and turkey. Roll up. Eat cold or microwave brifly.
