Tortilla dip

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (6-oz) ripe olives; chopped
1 can (4-oz) chopped green chiles
4 Green onions; chopped w/tops
3 larges Tomatoes; peeled and chopped
3 tablespoons Salad oil
1½ tablespoon Vinegar
1½ teaspoon Garlic salt

Mix olives, chiles, onions & tomatoes. Add oil, vinegar & garlic salt. Stir & chill. Serve with chips. Best with ripe, homegrown tomatoes.
