Ranchhouse tortilla bake

Ingredients

| 3 | cups | Cubed cooked chicken |
| 4 | tablespoons | Butter |
| Salt and pepper | ||
| 6 | tablespoons | Flour |
| 12 | Corn tortillas | |
| ⅓ | cup | Sour cream |
| 2 | cups | Shredded jack cheese |
| ¾ | cup | Salsa |
Directions
Cook onions in butter until soft. Stir in flour. Add milk and sour cream, cooking until thick. Stir in salso. Season to taste. Stir in chicken. Line a buttered 12x8 baking pan with 6 tortillas; spoon in chicken mixture. Top with remaining tortillas. Sprinkle cheese over all. Bake at 375F for 30-45 minutes, or until cheese melts and filling is hot. Can sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving, if desired.
