2eachestomatoes, peeled and seeded
1teaspoonsalt
2teaspoonsfreshly ground black pepper
1eachpinch of sugar
12ouncescan of jalapenos
1tablespoonvinegar

Directions

Rinse and chop the jalapenos. Heat oil in skillet. Add tomatoes and cook down to thick puree. Season and remove from heat. Add chiles and vinegar, mix well. Makes 1½ cups.
