Tortellini with shiitake

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Tortellini
4½ ounce Shiitakes
1 teaspoon Garlic
1 teaspoon Fresh herbs of your choice
½ cup White wine
½ cup Cream

Cook tortellini according to package directions. Set aside. Saute shiiakes with garlic, fresh herbs, and white wine for 3 minutes. Slowly add cream and reduce to sauce. Add tortellini and heat to serve.
