Tortellini with shiitake

Quantity | Ingredient | |

8 | ounces | Tortellini |
4½ | ounce | Shiitakes |
1 | teaspoon | Garlic |
1 | teaspoon | Fresh herbs of your choice |
½ | cup | White wine |
½ | cup | Cream |
Cook tortellini according to package directions. Set aside. Saute shiiakes with garlic, fresh herbs, and white wine for 3 minutes. Slowly add cream and reduce to sauce. Add tortellini and heat to serve.
