Tortellini with sausage

| 4 | cups | Cheese tortellini; cooked |
| 1½ | cup | Italian sausage; cooked and sliced |
| ¼ | cup | Fresh parmesan cheese; grated |
| 2 | Tomatoes; diced | |
| 1 | cup | Olive oil |
| ½ | cup | Red wine vinegar |
| 3 | tablespoons | Pesto |
| 3 | Cloves roasted garlic | |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients except tortellini and sausage. 2. Once thoroughly mixed add to tortellini and sausage.
Notes: You can eat this at room temperature or chilled.
