|4 cups||Cheese tortellini; cooked|
|1½ cup||Italian sausage; cooked and sliced|
|¼ cup||Fresh parmesan cheese; grated|
|1 cup||Olive oil|
|½ cup||Red wine vinegar|
|3||Cloves roasted garlic|
|Salt and pepper to taste|
1. Mix all ingredients except tortellini and sausage. 2. Once thoroughly mixed add to tortellini and sausage.
Notes: You can eat this at room temperature or chilled.
