Tortellini with sausage

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Cheese tortellini; cooked
1½ cup Italian sausage; cooked and sliced
¼ cup Fresh parmesan cheese; grated
2 \N Tomatoes; diced
1 cup Olive oil
½ cup Red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons Pesto
3 \N Cloves roasted garlic
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste

1. Mix all ingredients except tortellini and sausage. 2. Once thoroughly mixed add to tortellini and sausage.

Notes: You can eat this at room temperature or chilled.
