Tortellini w/peas and prosciutto

Measure Ingredient
15 ounces Tortellini (cheese)
1½ cup Whipping cream
1 pinch Nutmeg
6 tablespoons Grated parmesan
¾ cup Peas *
1½ ounce Prosciutto (cut)

* Frozen tiny, thawed and drained.

Cook tortellini in a large pot of boiling water until barely tender, stirring occasionally. Drain. Meanwhile bring cream to boil in large saucepan. Reduce heat. Add nutmeg and simmer until slightly thickened, about 8 minutes. Return tortellini to pot. Add warm cream, parmesan, peas & prosciutto. Simmer over low heat until tortellini are tender and sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.

About 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
