Top of stove meatloaf

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Ground beef (about 1 cup
\N \N Lightly packed)
2 tablespoons Uncooked rolled oats
1 tablespoon Finely chopped onion
3 tablespoons Milk
½ teaspoon Salt
\N \N Pepper as desired
¼ cup Water
½ cup Tomato sauce

Put first 6 ingredients in bowl;mix well.Shape into 2 loaves. Brown loaves on all sides in greased fry pan over medium heat. Pour off fat.Add water.Pour tomato sauce over loaves.Cover and cook over low heat 30 minutes.Add more water during cooking if needed.Serves 2.
