Tomato soup serendipity

| ½ | cup | Cold chicken broth |
| 2 | tablespoons | Instant minced onion |
| 1 | tablespoon | Paprika |
| ½ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Ground black pepper |
| 2 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
| Parsley flakes | ||
| Thinly sliced cucumber | ||
| Paprika | ||
Directions
Combine tomatoes, broth, minced onion, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in container of electric blender. Blend well. Add oil; beat 1 second longer. Serve thoroughly chilled, garnished with parsley flakes and sliced cucumber rolled in paprika. Yield: 4 cups.
