Fresh tomato soup

Ingredients

| 2 | Stalks Celery -- chopped | |
| 2 | cups | Chicken Broth |
| 1 | tablespoon | Tomato Paste |
| ½ | teaspoon | Basil |
| ½ | teaspoon | Oregano |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Sage |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper -- freshly ground |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | cup | Whipped Cream Or Sour Cream |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chives -- minced |
Directions
Place all the ingredients except cream and chives in a saucepan.
Simmer uncovered for 40 mins, stirring occasionally. Strain through a fine sieve. Adjust seasoning. Reheat soup and serve topped with a spoonful of cream and minced chives.
