Yield: 10 Servings
Measure | Ingredient |
---|---|
1 cup | Mayonnaise; regular or fat-free |
½ cup | Chili sauce; chunky |
8 mediums | Red potatoes; cooked and peeled, drain and cut into small chunks |
1 small | Red or white sweet onion; finely diced |
1 \N | Red pepper; diced |
1 cup | Diced celery |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
½ teaspoon | Curry powder |
¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
Combine the mayonnaise and chili sauce.
Combine the remaining ingredients and add the mayo-chili sauce mixture.
Adjust seasonings.
Chill well, tossing a few times, allowing flavors to blend.
This can be made a day or two in advance of serving.
Yield: 10 servings.
