Yield: 10 Servings
|1 cup||Mayonnaise; regular or fat-free|
|½ cup||Chili sauce; chunky|
|8 mediums||Red potatoes; cooked and peeled, drain and cut into small chunks|
|1 small||Red or white sweet onion; finely diced|
|1 \N||Red pepper; diced|
|1 cup||Diced celery|
|½ teaspoon||Curry powder|
Combine the mayonnaise and chili sauce.
Combine the remaining ingredients and add the mayo-chili sauce mixture.
Chill well, tossing a few times, allowing flavors to blend.
This can be made a day or two in advance of serving.
Yield: 10 servings.
