The border grill's cinco de mayo salsa

Measure Ingredient
4 Ripe Roma tomatoes*
2 Serrano chiles**
½ small Onion, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
Freshly ground pepper

*cored and chopped roughly

**chopped, seeds optional

Blend all ingredients.
