Texas salsa

1largeTomato; quartered
½Purple onion; whole, halved
1Clove garlic
¼cupFresh cilantro; loosely packed
½teaspoonSalt
ounceCanned chopped green chilies

Directions

Position knife blad in food processor bowl; add first 5 ingredients.

Process until chopped. Add chilies; pulse once or until combine.

Yield: 2 cups
