Mexican table salsa

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Ripe Tomatoes; diced small
1 \N Red Onion; diced small
3 \N Jalapeno Chili Peppers; Minced
½ cup Cilantro; roughly chopped
2 tablespoons Toasted Cumin Seeds
⅓ cup Fresh Lime juice
\N \N Salt and Freshly cracked Pepper to taste

This was in a Mexican Paper courtesy of the New York Times. Its typical of the Salsa that is put on the table with almost every meal in a restaurant, here in Acapulco.

Mix it all together and serve
