Mexican table salsa

1Red Onion; diced small
3Jalapeno Chili Peppers; Minced
½cupCilantro; roughly chopped
2tablespoonsToasted Cumin Seeds
cupFresh Lime juice
Salt and Freshly cracked Pepper to taste

Directions

This was in a Mexican Paper courtesy of the New York Times. Its typical of the Salsa that is put on the table with almost every meal in a restaurant, here in Acapulco.

Mix it all together and serve
