Thai sweet chili sauce

Ingredients

½cupRice vinegar
¼cupSugar
2tablespoonsPlum sauce
1tablespoonThai fish sauce
1tablespoonFresh lime or lemon juice
2teaspoonsTomato paste
1teaspoonMinced garlic
½teaspoonMinced serrano chili
½teaspoonGround red chili paste
½teaspoonSweet paprika
½teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonAll-purpose flour*
1tablespoonWater; *mixed into flour

Directions

Combine all ingredients and ½ c water in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 4 minutes. Let cool.

Will keep in refrigerator for 3 days.
