Thai dipping sauce

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Fish sauce
¼ cup Lemon juice
2 \N Cloves chopped garlic
2 \N Red chillies
\N \N Coriander; (chopped)
½ teaspoon Sugar

Mix all together and pour over grilled fish, chicken, beef, vegies, rice, noodles.

Excellent with Thai fish cakes (recipe to follow).
