Texas style cole slaw

| 1 | large | Red bell pepper; chopped |
| ½ | cup | Fresh coriander; chopped |

| 1 | Jalapeno pepper; chopped | |
| 1 | Onion; chopped | |
| 1 | cup | Olive oil; or corn oil |
| ½ | cup | Red wine vinegar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
| Salt and pepper; to taste | ||

Chop bell peppers and coriander. Mix together. Make adressing by combining the remaining ingredients. Toss with cabbage mixture and allow to stand for one hour before serving.
