|¼ teaspoon||Seasoned pepper (lemon-pepper marinade)|
|1 dash||Tabasco sauce|
|⅓ cup||Bleu cheese; crumbled|
|3 cups||Cabbage; shredded|
|½ cup||Carrot; shredded|
|¼ cup||Green pepper; chopped|
If you like bleu cheese, this is it! The ingredients used really dress up the looks and taste of an otherwise dull cole slaw.
Thoroughly mix mayonnaise, milk, salt, pepper and Tabasco in a small bowl; stir in bleu cheese. Combine cabbage, carrot and green pepper in a large bowl. Add bleu cheese mixture. Toss gently until vegetables are coated.
Chill before serving.
