Dan's cole slaw

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Medium head of cabbage
1 Large or 2 small onions
3 Carrots
⅔ cup Mayonaise (approximately)
Salt and pepper to taste
½ teaspoon Sugar

Shred the cabbage into fine shreds. Chop the onion into small (¼ inch) pieces. Grate or shred the carrots. Put all of the vegetables into a large bowl (use a very big bowl, one that seems too big for the job, it'll make the mixing easier). Mix in the mayonaise, sugar and salt and pepper.

Refridgerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
