Tex-mex meat loaf

Ingredients

| 1½ | pounds | Ground beef |
| 3 | slices | Bread torn into small pieces |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 1 | can | RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies (10 oz) |
| 1 | small | Onion, chopped |
| 1 | teaspoon | Chili powder |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| ⅓ | cup | Chili sauce |
| ¼ | cup | Shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375'F. Combine first seven ingredients. Spread into an ungreased 8 1/2x4 1/2x2½" loaf pan. Bake 1 hour; drain excess drippings. Spoon chili sauce over cooked loaf, then sprinkle with cheese; bake an additional 15 minutes.
