| 2 | tablespoons | Taco sauce |
| 2 | tablespoons | Taco seasoning |
| 1 | Egg, lightly beaten | |
| ½ | cup | Grated cheddar cheese |
| ½ | cup | Ketchup |
Directions
Combine ground chuck, chips, ⅓ cup taco sauce, seasoning, egg, and cheese. Press into 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 325 deg f. About five minutes before end of baking time, combine remaining ingredients and spread over top of meatloaf, Continue baking. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
