Tennessee potatoes

1 | cup | Onion -- chopped |
1 | can | Cream of chicken soup, |
\N | \N | Condensed |
1 | pint | Sour cream |
½ | cup | Melted butter |
2½ | cup | Cheddar cheese -- grated |
2 | teaspoons | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | White pepper |
Combine hash browns, onion, chicken soup, and sour cream; add melted butter, grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Put in 9x13 inch greased pan.
Cook 1 hour at 350 F until done.
