Tennessee potatoes

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Hashed brown potatoes --
\N \N Defrosted
1 cup Onion -- chopped
1 can Cream of chicken soup,
\N \N Condensed
1 pint Sour cream
½ cup Melted butter
cup Cheddar cheese -- grated
2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon White pepper

Combine hash browns, onion, chicken soup, and sour cream; add melted butter, grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Put in 9x13 inch greased pan.

Cook 1 hour at 350 F until done.
