Tennessee dry bbq rub

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
2 tablespoons Coarsly Ground Black Pepper
2 tablespoons Paprika
1 tablespoon Chili Powder
1½ teaspoon Ground White Pepper
1½ teaspoon Crushed Hot Red Pepper
1½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Stir well to mix, then sotre at room temperature in an airtight jar.

Makes about ⅔ cup, enough rub for two 3-pound racks of spareribs
