Tennessee barbeque sauce

1eachGarlic, minced
2tablespoonsVegetable oil
cupCatsup
¼cupBrown sugar
2tablespoonsJack Daniel's Whiskey
1teaspoonLiquid Smoke
tablespoonCider vinegar
½teaspoonDry mustard
2dropsHot pepper sauce

Directions

Saute onion and garlic in vegetable oil until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. (Makes about two cups, ideal for chicken, pork, and beef).
