Tennessee barbeque sauce

Ingredients

| 1 | each | Med. Onion, finely chopped |
| 1 | each | Garlic, minced |
| 2 | tablespoons | Vegetable oil |
| 1½ | cup | Catsup |
| ¼ | cup | Brown sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Jack Daniel's Whiskey |
| 1 | teaspoon | Liquid Smoke |
| 2½ | tablespoon | Cider vinegar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| 2 | drops | Hot pepper sauce |
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in vegetable oil until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. (Makes about two cups, ideal for chicken, pork, and beef).
