Tennessee barbeque sauce

Ingredients

1 | each | Med. Onion, finely chopped |
1 | each | Garlic, minced |
2 | tablespoons | Vegetable oil |
1½ | cup | Catsup |
¼ | cup | Brown sugar |
2 | tablespoons | Jack Daniel's Whiskey |
1 | teaspoon | Liquid Smoke |
2½ | tablespoon | Cider vinegar |
½ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
2 | drops | Hot pepper sauce |
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in vegetable oil until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. (Makes about two cups, ideal for chicken, pork, and beef).
