Yield: 12 Servings
Measure | Ingredient |

1 cup | Salad oil |
4 tablespoons | Wine vinegar |
2 teaspoons | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
½ teaspoon | Pepper |
2 tablespoons | Fresh or dried tarragon |
Combine all ingredients in a small jar. Shake well, then refrigerate for several hours. Dressing will keep in refrigerator for months. Yield: 1-⅛ cups.
