Tarragon dressing for fresh spinach sala

Ingredients

4tablespoonsWine vinegar
2teaspoonsSugar
1teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonPepper
2tablespoonsFresh or dried tarragon

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small jar. Shake well, then refrigerate for several hours. Dressing will keep in refrigerator for months. Yield: 1-⅛ cups.
