Tarragon dressing for fresh spinach sala

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Salad oil |
| 4 | tablespoons | Wine vinegar |
| 2 | teaspoons | Sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 2 | tablespoons | Fresh or dried tarragon |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small jar. Shake well, then refrigerate for several hours. Dressing will keep in refrigerator for months. Yield: 1-⅛ cups.
