Mixed green salad with dijon-tarragon dressin

Ingredients

| 2 | Heads boston lettuce | |
| 2 | cups | Escarole -- or chicory |
| Greens | ||
| 4 | tablespoons | Lowfat mayonnaise |
| 4 | tablespoons | Nonfat yogurt -- plain |
| 4 | tablespoons | Dijon mustard |
| 4 | tablespoons | Tarragon |
Directions
Rinse greens, pat dry and tear into bite-size pieces. Place in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whick together remaining ingred. dor dressing. Just before serving, pour dressing over greens and toss until evenly coated.
