Mixed green salad with dijon-tarragon dressin

1Head romaine lettuce
2Heads boston lettuce
2cupsEscarole -- or chicory
Greens
4tablespoonsLowfat mayonnaise
4tablespoonsNonfat yogurt -- plain
4tablespoonsDijon mustard
4tablespoonsTarragon

Directions

Rinse greens, pat dry and tear into bite-size pieces. Place in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whick together remaining ingred. dor dressing. Just before serving, pour dressing over greens and toss until evenly coated.
