Tarragon pasta salad

Ingredients

| Cooked and drained | ||
| 1 | can | Tuna in water -- 9 oz |
| Drained and flaked | ||
| ⅓ | cup | Sweet red peppers -- |
| Chopped | ||
| ¼ | cup | Green onions -- sliced |
| ¾ | cup | Mayonnaise -- or salad |
| Dressing | ||
| 4 | teaspoons | Fresh tarragon -- or 1 tsp. |
| Dried | ||
| 2 | teaspoons | Lemon juice |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
In a large bowl, combine pasta, tuna, red pepper and onions. In a small bowl or jar with tight-fitting lid, combine remaining ingredients; mix or shake well. Pour over salad and toss gently.
chill for 1 hour. Yield: 4 servings.
