Orange tarragon butter

½cup(1 stick) butter, softened
2teaspoonsTarragon leaves, crushed
½teaspoonGrated orange peel
½teaspoonSalt1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

Place all ingredients in medium bowl; stir until combines. Chill. Serve with hot cooked corn on the cob or other steamed vegetables. Makes ½ cup.
