Tangy wisconsin blue cheese whip

1cupWhipping cream
½cupFinely crumbled Wisconsin Blue cheese (2 ounces)
1teaspoonDried basil; crushed
¼teaspoonGarlic salt
½cupAlmonds; toasted and chopped Assorted vegetable or fruit dippers

Directions

In a small mixer bowl combine whipping cream, Blue cheese, basil, and garlic salt. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until slightly thickened. Gently fold in chopped almonds.
