Tangy gelatin salad

Ingredients

1pack(3-oz) lemon- or lime-flavored gelatin
1cupBoiling water
1poundsCottage cheese; sieved
1can(20-oz) crushed pineapple
½cupChopped nuts
1teaspoonHorseradish
1cupWhipped cream
Green pepper or pimiento; chopped (optional)

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool. Add sieved cottage cheese and other ingredients. Spoon into 6-cup mold and chill in refrigerator until firm. Yield: 6 servings.
