Tangy gelatin salad

Ingredients

1 | pack | (3-oz) lemon- or lime-flavored gelatin |
1 | cup | Boiling water |
1 | pounds | Cottage cheese; sieved |
1 | can | (20-oz) crushed pineapple |
½ | cup | Chopped nuts |
1 | teaspoon | Horseradish |
1 | cup | Whipped cream |
Green pepper or pimiento; chopped (optional) |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool. Add sieved cottage cheese and other ingredients. Spoon into 6-cup mold and chill in refrigerator until firm. Yield: 6 servings.
