Tangy gelatin salad

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (3-oz) lemon- or lime-flavored gelatin
1 cup Boiling water
1 pounds Cottage cheese; sieved
1 can (20-oz) crushed pineapple
½ cup Chopped nuts
1 teaspoon Horseradish
1 cup Whipped cream
\N \N Green pepper or pimiento; chopped (optional)

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool. Add sieved cottage cheese and other ingredients. Spoon into 6-cup mold and chill in refrigerator until firm. Yield: 6 servings.
