Gelatin cheese salad

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Boiling water
2 packs (3 oz) jello
1 cup Cold water
1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained reserving syrup
16 Marshmallows
8 ounces Cream cheese
½ cup Nuts, chopped

Add boiling water to jello, stirring to dissolve. stir in the cold water and chill until slightly thickened. stir in pineapple.

Melt marshmallows and cream cheese in pineapple juice. cool slightly then stir into jello mixture. add the nuts. turn into a lightly greased mold.
