Tangy frult salad

Measure Ingredient
1 can Pineapple chunks
20 ounces Juice drained and reserved
1 pack Instant vanilla pudding mix
3⅜ \N Ounces
¼ cup Dry orange-flavored instant
\N \N Breakfast drin
1 can Mandarin oranges -- 11
\N ounce Drained
1 can Fruit cocktail -- 16 ounces
\N \N Drained
2 eaches Bananas -- sliced
2 eaches Apples
\N \N Or pears, cut into chunks
1 cup Fresh strawberries -- sliced
\N \N Optronal

In a small bowl, combine reserved pineapple juice, pudding mix and breakfast drink; set aside. In a large bowl, combine all the fruit.

Fold juice mixture into fruit. Refrigerate before serving. Yield: 6-8 servings
