Sweet and sour chicken salad

cupApples; preferably Gala, unpeeled and diced
2tablespoonsVinegar; plus 2 teaspoons
2tablespoonsCanola oil; plus 2 teaspoons
1tablespoonSugar; plus 1 teaspoon
¾teaspoonPaprika
¾teaspoonCelery seed
Salt and pepper; to taste

Directions

Combine all salad ingredients. Whisk together the dressing ingredients.

Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
