Sweet and sour chicken salad

Ingredients

| ⅔ | cup | Snow peas; trimmed |

| ⅔ | cup | Apples; preferably Gala, unpeeled and diced |
| 2 | tablespoons | Vinegar; plus 2 teaspoons |
| 2 | tablespoons | Canola oil; plus 2 teaspoons |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar; plus 1 teaspoon |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Paprika |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Celery seed |
| Salt and pepper; to taste | ||
Directions
Combine all salad ingredients. Whisk together the dressing ingredients.
Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
