Taco salad #4

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Hamburger |
| 1 | pack | Taco seasoning mix |
| ¾ | cup | Water |
| 1 | Head iceberg lettuce | |
| ½ | Round onion; minced | |
| 2 | Ripe tomatoes; cubed | |
| 10 | Pitted olives; sliced | |
| Grated cheddar cheese | ||
Directions
Brown hamburger in skillet; drain. Add taco seasoning mix and the water; mix well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Set aside.
Wash and break lettuce into bite-sized pieces. In a large salad bowl, put lettuce, olives, onion, tomatoes and taco chips. Just before serving, pour taco mixture over vegetables and top with cheese. Makes 12 servings.
