Mexican salad #4

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Head Romaine lettuce
1 Head Iceberg lettuce
12 Radishes
1 can (medium) Garbanzo beans
Oil
Vinegar
White pepper
Salt
12 Thin onion rings for garnish

1. Slice radishes. Wash and dry lettuce and tear into small pieces.

2. Mix lettuce, radishes and drained beans. Refrigerate to keep crisp.

3. Prepare oil and vinegar dressing. Toss and serve with onion garnish.
