Swiss chicken quiche

Ingredients

1(9-inch) pastry shell; unbaked
1cupShredded Swiss cheese
2tablespoonsFlour
1tablespoonWyler's chicken bouillon
2cupsCooked; cubed chicken
1cupMilk
3Eggs; well-beaten
¼cupChopped onion
2tablespoonsChopped green pepper
2tablespoonsChopped pimiento

Directions

Preheat oven to 425ø. Bake pastry shell for 8 minutes. Remove from oven.

Reduce oven to 350ø. In a medium bowl, toss cheese with flour and bouillon.

Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into prepared shell. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
