Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Butter |
| 3 | teaspoons | Shallots |
| 1 | Clove garlic | |
| ¼ | cup | Fresh parsley |
| ¼ | cup | Fresh basil |
| 2 | tablespoons | Fresh thyme |
| ¼ | cup | Fresh sage |
| 2 | tablespoons | Fresh rosemary |
| 1 | cup | Whipping cream |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ½ | cup | Gruyer cheese; (grated). |
Directions
Prepare puff pastry in pan; prick with fork; set aside. Saute fresh herbs; mix cream, eggs, salt & pepper. Add sauteed herbs to cream mixture.
Sprinkle cheese over bottom of puff pastry. Pour liquid mixture over cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 or until crust is brown.
