¼ cup | Butter |
3 teaspoons | Shallots |
1 \N | Clove garlic |
¼ cup | Fresh parsley |
¼ cup | Fresh basil |
2 tablespoons | Fresh thyme |
¼ cup | Fresh sage |
2 tablespoons | Fresh rosemary |
1 cup | Whipping cream |
2 \N | Eggs |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
½ teaspoon | Pepper |
½ cup | Gruyer cheese; (grated). |
Prepare puff pastry in pan; prick with fork; set aside. Saute fresh herbs; mix cream, eggs, salt & pepper. Add sauteed herbs to cream mixture.
Sprinkle cheese over bottom of puff pastry. Pour liquid mixture over cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 or until crust is brown.
